Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive and dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• COVID-19 vaccine (for onboarding).
• Flu vaccine (optional).
• Completion of Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (for onboarding).
• Verification of education and license/certificate.
• Completion of required competency and skills assessments.
