Job Description

We are seeking a licensed healthcare professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment, ensuring compliance with relevant health protocols and practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivering direct patient care and support
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Adhering to safety and health protocols
• Participating in professional development and training programs

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active and unrestricted healthcare license/certification relevant to education and experience
• Ability to pass required health screenings and background checks
• Compliance with Trinity's Code of Conduct and other professional standards
