This position offers a schedule from 06:30 PM to 07:00 AM, with requirements for every other weekend and every other holiday.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring compliance with the Trinity Code of Conduct and maintaining the safety and satisfaction of all patients. This role involves diverse responsibilities along with adherence to all required health and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessments and medical administration.
• Maintain accurate patient records and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of required competency testing and health screenings as outlined in the position credentials.
• COVID-19 vaccination and other immunizations as necessary.
