Day shifts available for 3x12-hour schedules, typically from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Urgent Care Registered Nurse with a strong background in urgent care or emergency department settings. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care and manage a diverse patient caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an urgent care environment.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and rhythms, performing EKGs as required.
• Utilize EPIC charting for patient documentation.
• Participate in triage and emergency interventions.
• Administer medications and IV therapies as prescribed.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of current urgent care or emergency department experience preferred.
• Active NY State Registered Nurse license required at the time of submission.
• Certifications: BLS, PALS, and ACLS.
• Telemetry experience and ability to read and identify critical rhythms.
