Night and Day shifts available: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) and (07:00 - 19:30).

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) who will care for patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role includes potential floating to units J1-2, J33, and the ED to manage a variety of patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a telemetry floor.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ECG rhythms.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Assess and respond to changes in patients' conditions.
• Support patients and families with education and emotional support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 18 months of combined permanent RN experience in Medical/Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
• Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory.
• Recent experience in telemetry required; travel experience is acceptable.
• Must be willing to work every other holiday.
