Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position for a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various physical therapy needs, focusing on orthopedic and neurological cases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation exercises and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Ohio Physical Therapy License.
• Outpatient experience preferred; no new grads accepted.

Schedule

Shift: Day, 08:00-18:00 with guaranteed weekly hours of 32+ hours. No weekend hours or call requirements.
