Registered Nurse - General Medicine

Schedule

07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, 36 hours/week, every third weekend.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in a general medicine unit, delivering compassionate and efficient nursing services to patients. This role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring safety and comfort while adhering to hospital protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the medical team.
• Perform assessments and document patient care accurately.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in a general medicine setting preferred.
