4NW: General medicine, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, 36 hours/week, every third weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our General Medicine unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain the highest standards of nursing practices. This position requires strong assessment skills and the ability to manage multiple patients effectively during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Document patient progress and care in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond to emergency situations with a focus on patient safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required.
• Relevant clinical experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination and other immunizations as required.
