Schedule

Monday-Friday rotational 8-hour shifts: 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 9am-cases are completed (call days). Rotational call on weekdays and weekends.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Nurse plays a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in imaging departments. The role involves moderate sedation procedures across various imaging modalities, including CT, MRI, US, Radiology, and Interventional Radiology. The position requires both interventional radiology and neuro interventional radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer moderate sedation during imaging procedures.
• Monitor and assess patients during and after interventions.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in the rotation to all departments within Medical Imaging as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Interventional Radiology experience is required.
• Neuro Interventional Radiology experience is preferred.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS.
• Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing.
