Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift, 4x10-Hour schedule (20:00 - 06:30).

Job Description

The position requires an experienced Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic healthcare setting. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during night shifts and may be required to float to different departments as needed. The role demands a strong commitment to patient safety and effective communication within the interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in compliance with established protocols and standards.
• Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the medical team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the charting system.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous charge experience highly preferred.
• Experience with the charting system, specifically Community Hospital, is advantageous.
• Must be willing to comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements; medical and religious exemptions considered.
