Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Schedule

Preferred schedule is 5 × 8-hour shifts. The manager is open to 4 × 10-hour shifts.

Job Description

Seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist with outpatient experience and a minimum of 1+ years in the field. Join a dynamic setting focusing on adults and adolescents. The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of orthopedic conditions and specialized assessments.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 50-55 patient visits per week.
• Conduct gross motor assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide case management and therapy interventions for diverse orthopedic conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in treatment and rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience required.
• 1+ years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapy license in good standing.
