Physical Therapist - Inpatient Acute Care

Schedule

This is a flexible schedule offering 36-40 hours a week. The work schedule will be split between two facilities, with either 3 days a week at one location and 2 days at another, or vice versa. A weekend day will be included but specifics are flexible. Guaranteed hours are assured if the employee completes full 8-hour shifts.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient acute care team. The role involves working with patients to implement evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions as part of their rehabilitation. You will play a critical role in helping patients recover and regain their functional abilities in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapy interventions according to established protocols
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license
• Relevant clinical experience in inpatient acute care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
