Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shifts, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00), with every other weekend required.

Job Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients with respiratory conditions. This position requires a strong background in critical care and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide respiratory care and therapy for patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform arterial punctures and manage tracheostomy care.
• Use various respiratory equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, and ventilators.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Current Washington state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, RRT are required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
