Day shifts working 4x10 hours, typically from 07:00 AM to 05:30 PM, but may vary based on procedure completion.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coronary diagnostic interventions and must be proficient in monitoring and scrubbing during catheterization procedures. You will be expected to handle a daily caseload of approximately 20 cases, working in a collaborative environment with other cardiovascular technologists.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in the placement of devices such as stents, IVC filters, and more.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations concerning radiation exposure.
• Participate in call rotation, which includes one weekend per month and an evening shift weekly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cardiovascular lab.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and ARRT or RCIS.
• Active South Carolina license or proof of application for licensure.
• Radiation badge provided by the agency; must not be provided by the facility.
