Cath Lab Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day 4x10-Hour Shift (07:00 - 17:30), with variations based on procedure completion. On-call requirements include one weekend per month and a weekly evening shift.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with proficiency in coronary diagnostic and interventional procedures. The successful candidate will work in a high-volume setting performing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures and provide support as needed.
• Ensure safety protocols and proper use of equipment are adhered to.
• Collaborate with the cardiac team during procedures, maintaining communication and workflow efficiency.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• ARRT certification or RCIS certification (registered or in process) required.
• Must possess a valid South Carolina license (SCRQSA).
• Radiation badge required, to be provided by the agency.
