Working 4-10 hour days per week, days will vary and will include a Saturday schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at the Valley View Carbondale Clinic. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement treatment plans aimed at improving strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs to promote continued recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess their physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for various diagnoses.
• Enhance patients' strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function through tailored therapies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on effective home exercise programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
• Current Colorado PT licensure or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of PT experience; 3-5 years preferred.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
