Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse to join our team. The RN will provide patient care in a medical-surgical telehealth environment. The role includes the possibility of floating to various units to care for a similar patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to medical-surgical telehealth patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 18 months of combined permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing.
• Must possess an active Ohio RN license or a compact state license.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are required.
• Travel experience will be considered.
• References from a manager or supervisor in the specialty are required for submission.
