Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Monday to Friday with occasional weekends; Day Shift - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This state-of-the-art facility is focused on the treatment and recovery of individuals who have faced severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient during their recovery journey, specifically addressing conditions such as stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and expectations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Indiana
• 2+ years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
