Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care and address the needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting observations and reporting changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Completion of required vaccinations and health screenings.
• Understanding and adherence to professional standards and practice guidelines.
