PCU/Tele Registered Nurse

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 12H Days, Every other Weekend (EOW). First to float. Up to 2 extra mandatory shifts per 6 weeks.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated PCU/Tele Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care for our patients. This position requires floating to Med Surg and ICU for PCU patient statuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to PCU and Telemetry patients.
• Monitor vital signs and manage patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
• Float to other units as required, including Med Surg and ICU for appropriate patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Experience in PCU/Telemetry nursing and managing post-Cath Lab patients.
