CT Tech - Emergency Department

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour shifts from 07:45 AM to 08:15 PM, scheduled for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No weekend RTO allowed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Tech to work in a fast-paced emergency department. The ideal candidate will operate Siemens FORCE scanners and perform a variety of inpatient procedures, including trauma imaging and routine ED scans.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on patients of all ages, including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Utilize Siemens FORCE scanners to conduct CT studies, including but not limited to abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, and CTAs.
• Administer contrast media and manage any procedural needs effectively.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver optimal patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain patient safety and quality control during imaging procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Siemens FORCE scanner is mandatory.
• Prior experience in an Emergency Department is preferred.
• Traveler experience is welcome.
