Emergency Room Registered Nurse

This position requires a commitment to a 36-week assignment, working every other weekend from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing assessments, critical thinking, and intervention based on patient needs. The ideal candidate must possess a level 1 or 2 trauma experience and demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and provide appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as per emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care findings and interventions in accordance with healthcare policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid and active RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, ENPC or PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum level 1 or 2 trauma experience.
• Completion of all required onboarding health checks and documents.
