Emergency Department Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 36 hours/week, every other weekend.

Job Description

Seeking a qualified Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced trauma environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in level 1 or level 2 trauma settings and possess the necessary certifications for emergency nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal care.
• Monitor and manage acutely ill patients.
• Perform emergency procedures as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications.
• Experience in level 1 or level 2 trauma settings required.
• Completion of Trinity-specific competency testing and skills checklist is mandatory.
