Job Description

The Cath Lab Technologist will perform a variety of advanced technical procedures, including left and right heart catheterizations, Watchman procedures, TAVR, Impella, ECMO, and balloon pump operations. The role requires collaboration with a skilled medical team to ensure optimal patient care during cardiovascular procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cardiac catheterizations and other interventional procedures.
• Utilize various types of equipment including Merge Charting, GE Fluoro, Phillips and Boston Sci IVUS, FFR, and Impella.
• Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to provide excellent patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Meditech system.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and unit-specific policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess Cath Lab experience.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either RCIS or ARRT.
• Advanced skills in TAVR, Watchman, Impella, ECMO, and balloon pump operations are preferred.
