Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift: 4x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15), with possible holiday requirements and every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of nursing experience and will be responsible for providing care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical and surgical needs, including managing insulin and heparin drips.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Manage insulin and heparin drips effectively.
• Provide wound care and change dressings as required.
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions, documenting appropriately.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Epic experience is required.
• Current BLS certification.
• CPI certification is preferred.
• Charge nurse experience is preferred.
