Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Every Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, plus an additional shift (day or night) to complete a total of 36 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with long-term care experience. The successful candidate will provide compassionate nursing care to residents, manage medication administration, and support daily living activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care and assist with daily living activities.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Prior experience in long-term care settings is preferred.
