Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehabilitation

Job Description

Join our dedicated team at a state-of-the-art, 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital focused on helping individuals recover from severe injuries or illnesses. Our rehabilitation programs are tailored to ensure patients receive ongoing care and specialized treatment throughout their recovery journey. We offer intense rehabilitation for individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

The Registered Nurse (RN) will play a crucial role in maximizing the health, function, and quality of life of our patients through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients undergoing rehabilitation.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Conduct patient assessments to evaluate progress and adjust care as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about care procedures and treatments.

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 19:00 to 07:00.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
