Registered Nurse (RN) - 13-Week Contract Position

This position requires 4 ten-hour shifts per week. Exact scheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed as a block schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, implementing and assessing nursing interventions in accordance with established protocols. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is committed to enhancing the patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Documentation of required immunizations (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test).
• Completion of Centralus Core Competency Exam and Skills Checklist upon onboarding.
• Driver's License/State ID for identity verification.
