CT Tech - Pediatric Hospital

Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position.

Shifts are scheduled as follows:

• Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)
• Day 3x10-Hour (09:00 - 19:00)

Workdays include weekends, with required Saturday and Sunday shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist with a strong background in pediatric acute care and trauma. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Siemens CT scanners and will be responsible for performing imaging procedures efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures on pediatric patients.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations.
• Gather and review patient information prior to scans.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and images in the system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and radiation protection standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT CT and ARRT R certifications required.
• BLS certification required.
• Valid Texas license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with pediatric acute care is strongly preferred.
