Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform high-quality computed tomography scans and assist in the diagnostic imaging process within the imaging services department. This role requires proficiency in operating CT equipment, ensuring patient safety, and adhering to departmental procedures and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT scans according to established protocols.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Maintain imaging equipment and assist with quality control.
• Document and report any issues or abnormalities during imaging procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT.
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
