Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to operate state-of-the-art MRI equipment and perform imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality diagnostic imaging services. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients as per physician’s orders.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment, ensuring all devices are functioning properly.
• Document patient information and imaging results accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI, or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (AMRIT).
• Bachelors or Associates degree in a related field preferred.
• 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist (RT), or other related roles preferred.
• Must be licensed with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) as a practitioner of MRI (temporary license acceptable).
• BLS from the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.
