Job Description

Join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Lakeport, CA. Our facility is dedicated to providing high-quality care for our residents, and we are seeking motivated candidates to contribute to our team. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a skilled nursing environment, although this is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include providing exceptional care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates should ideally have completed at least one 13-week assignment in a skilled nursing facility. Additionally, three references from the most recent employers are required to apply.
