Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse with an active California license and prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system, which is essential for effective patient care and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility.
• Utilize the Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system for patient documentation and management.
• Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima (NetHealth) computer system.
