Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide rehabilitation services to patients, helping them improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role involves working with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients' functional abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and techniques.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license and any other relevant certifications as applicable to the position.
