Occupational Therapist - Outpatient Services

This is a 13-week contract position.

Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (subject to vary by an hour or so)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient services. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapy interventions in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor progress.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current Occupational Therapist experience in an outpatient setting (REQUIRED).
• Active OT license (REQUIRED).
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification (REQUIRED).
• Previous travel experience (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
• Occupational Therapist skills checklist completion (REQUIRED).
• Supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment (REQUIRED).
