Shift: 18:30 - 07:00 (12-hour shifts with weekend and holiday rotations)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to adult patients with complex rehabilitation needs. This role requires coordination and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients during their rehabilitation process.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Ensure patient safety by answering call lights and assisting as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient recovery.
• Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation exercises.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in skilled nursing or a 24/7 skilled care environment.
• Preferred experience in Med Surg or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC experience for a minimum of 13 weeks is mandatory.
