Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to every other weekend and every other holiday, with a shift from 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their health and safety while working within a collaborative healthcare team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of clinical knowledge and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required.
• Completion of health and safety screenings, including a drug screen and immunizations.
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing completion.
