Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for an EOWEOH schedule to provide exceptional patient care. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and progress.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• COVID-19 Vaccine (required for onboarding).
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen (required for onboarding).
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Tdap vaccinations (required for onboarding).
• Completion of required Trinity professional forms and training.
