Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour day shifts, with a potential for up to 40 hours per week. Guaranteed 36 hours per week, with overtime requiring prior approval.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. This position focuses on orthopedic outpatient care, providing evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality care while managing a case load of 12-14 patients per day.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients.
• Create and implement effective treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to aid in patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Maintain productivity expectations of 60 patient visits per week.
• Coordinate care and consult with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred.
• Accepting new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
