LVN - 5N MedSurg Contract Position

Schedule

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for our 5N MedSurg unit. This role requires efficient patient care, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The LVN will collaborate with a diverse team to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical histories.
• Assist in patient education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
• Support daily activities and ensure patient comfort.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active LVN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Critical thinking skills.
