Shifts are varied, averaging 3 days of call per month with no guarantee of hours or time requested off.

Job Description

The Registered Radiologic Technologist will operate various radiographic equipment and perform imaging procedures independently. Candidates must hold an active State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license and be prepared to work varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate DR fixed, DR fluoro, C-arms, and portable DR equipment.
• Assist in ensuring radiation safety and adherence to protocols.
• Maintain a dosimetry badge and submit to routine checks.
• Document procedures and maintain patient records accurately.
• Collaborate with medical staff and contribute to patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist.
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license.
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, and Epic EMR preferred.
