Radiology Technologist - Electrophysiology (EP) Tech

Job Description

The Radiology Technologist will be responsible for performing fluoroscopy and C-ARM procedures within the Electrophysiology unit. The candidate must possess a strong background in electrophysiology practices, demonstrating proficiency and the ability to perform necessary imaging tasks within a fast-paced environment. This role may involve collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluoroscopy and C-ARM imaging procedures.
• Assist in electrophysiology procedures and evaluations.
• Maintain and store necessary equipment and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and sterile techniques.
• Document patient information accurately using the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be a licensed Radiology Tech with preferred experience as an EP Tech (1 year highly preferred).
• HARDSTOP: Must possess the ARRT Radiology Tech certification and OBMI License.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS.
