X-Ray Technologist - 12-Hour Block Schedule

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: Thursday and Friday from 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM; Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified X-Ray Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various imaging procedures in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high standards of patient care and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized radiographic procedures.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
• Administer contrast media when necessary and follow patient preparation protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current ARRT certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiology preferred.
• Experience in a short-term acute care setting is an advantage.
