8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (40 Hour Guarantee)

Job Description

Physical therapy helps reduce pain and restore function and independence in patients who have undergone surgery, suffered an injury, are recovering from serious illness, or are coping with a chronic condition. Our dedicated rehabilitation team uses a multidisciplinary approach, combining exercise and strength training with manual therapy and modalities to develop an individualized treatment plan that meets the unique needs of each patient. Treatment begins with a physician's prescription and a comprehensive evaluation by an experienced physical therapist. The therapist and patient then work one-on-one, following a specific plan of care designed to help the patient return to work and normal daily activities as quickly and safely as possible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to assist patients in their recovery.
• Utilize a multidisciplinary approach combining various therapy modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience required.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) per AHA.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in Michigan.
