8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with alternating weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide both inpatient acute and outpatient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' need for physical therapy, developing treatment plans, and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical therapy needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation programs for patients.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and exercises.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan.
• BLS certification.
• Experience in inpatient acute and outpatient settings preferred.
