Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Services team. This position involves caring for patients in high-acuity settings, floating between Critical Care, CVICU, Critical Care Step-Down, and Med-Surg departments as needed. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and vital signs.
• Manage critical care drips and ventilators.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures, including conscious sedation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a critical care setting.
• Current RN licensure.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficiency in advanced nursing skills including IV starts, blood draws, and lab interpretations.
• Experience with CRRT and IABP preferred.
