Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled RN for our Outpatient Neurology Clinic. This role involves providing care in an outpatient setting, focusing on neurology and infusion services. The ideal candidate will have experience with EPIC and a background in neurology. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage patient interactions efficiently are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform infusion orders (approximately 8 per week)
• Process medication refills (approximately 50 per week)
• Handle prior authorizations (15-20 per week)
• Respond to patient calls and MyChart patient advice inquiries (approximately 50 per week)
• Conduct office visits (approximately 15-20 per week)
• Utilize the MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) for patient screenings

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active CA RN License (must have licensure in hand within 2 weeks)
• Experience with EPIC is highly preferred
• Prior experience in neurology and infusion settings is highly preferred
