Shift: 08:00-17:00 (Rotating weekends)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, treating, and planning therapeutic interventions as required by the Physical Therapy discipline. This position is for a therapy setting with a patient ratio of 1:12, utilizing standard hospital equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) software, specifically MEDITECH.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and plan therapeutic interventions for patients.
• Work collaboratively with a team including a charge nurse and physical therapy assistants.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with EMR standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital setting preferred.
• Must possess Texas state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• BLS certification required.
