NICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift: 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30). Weekend coverage required.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of NICU experience, with prior travel nursing experience preferred. This position requires the ability to float to like units as needed based on facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonates in a critical care setting.
• Monitor and manage multiple aspects of patient care including administering medications and performing medical procedures.
• Participate in high-risk deliveries and provide immediate care to newborns.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary team members including respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy.
• Educate and support families regarding neonatal care and essential procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of NICU RN experience required.
• Active BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
• Must possess a valid RN license.
