Interventional Radiology Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts will primarily be 8 hours, with options for 4 ten-hour shifts. Scheduled hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM.

Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will conduct and assist with interventional and neurointerventional procedures. This role involves circulating and scrubbing in during IR procedures, providing high-quality patient care, and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.

Responsibilities

• Assist in interventional and neurointerventional radiology procedures.
• Perform imaging exams and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain equipment and supplies necessary for procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control practices.
• Provide patient education and support pre- and post-procedure.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification.
• Training and experience in Interventional and Neuro Interventional procedures.
• Graduate from an accredited college or school of Radiology Technology or equivalent.
• IVR Technologist-Neurobody IR and Neuro IR experience preferred.
